If you have not logged into the new site, please provide your ID from your Cigna medical ID card (will be an uppercase U followed by 8 numbers) in the Cigna ID field and leave the password blank. The Member ID field uses a numeric 1 and 0 which is sometimes confused with alphabetic I and O.
